As a college student, I eat anything but healthy. I mean, I find myself going 10+ hours without eating sometimes for lack of time or money. And when I do eat, especially homemade food, I practically binge because who knows when I can have this luxury again. So if there's a way I can drink a delicious smoothie for breakfast that keeps me full for longer and doesn't make me feel guilty, then why not? I'm going to experiment with different combinations and I'll be posting my results here. So, stay tuned for plenty of yummy smoothie recipes as I embark on this adventure with my $7.99 personal Black Friday blender (yay for holiday sales!). In the mean time, check out some more life blogposts Cheers!
