Valentine's Day is two weeks away and every store is filled with pinks and red. Glitter, hearts, and anything mushy gushy inspiration is around every corner. Even though I'm going to have to work Valentine's night, I don't plan on letting work ruin my celebration. While Valentine's Day has becoming predominantly a commercial holiday, I still think the idea of celebrating love is important. It is something that should be done every day of the year, not just this one. Using one ball of Red Heart yarn, I've begun creating handfuls of tiny hearts using the pattern I found on Craftaholic Anonymous. I plan on putting rolled up notes and pieces of candy through the hole in the middle and leaving them in small places for people to find. Places like pockets, shoes, and jacket hoods are the perfect places to leave these cute surprises. Hopefully, they will bring a smile to everyone's faces.
